SHIP 3127 - ATO - AT 60 KTS DUE TO DOOR L EMER EXIT ECAM MESSAGE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: LEFT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR HANDLE COVER CAME OFF. REMOVED AND INSPECTED COVER AND RESET. NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL.
