SHIP 3864 -IFSD/DIV- DUE TO LEFT ENGINE OIL QUANTITY LOSS AND DECREASING OIL PRESSURE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: FOUND OIL RETURN LINE ON LUBE UNIT LOOSE AND LEAKING. REPLACED OIL LINE AND LUBE UNIT.
