SHIP 685 SLIDE INDICATOR LIGHT INOP OR DAMAGED / LOCATIONS:607. THE SLIDE LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE LIKE IT IS SUPPOSED TO. RECYCLED THE ARMING LEVER THEN THE LIGHT CAME ON.
