## Discrepancy

ATB,  FLIGHT RETURNED TO LAX DUE TO RIGHT ENGINE OIL QUANTITY DROPPING TO ZERO.  OIL CAP LANYARD FOUND IN BETWEEN O-RING AND MATING SURFACE, IMPEDING FULL CAP SEAL. INSTALLED NEW CAP, SEAL AND LANYARD ON #2 ENGINE OIL TANK.
