## Discrepancy

SHIP 3255,  DECLARED EMERGENCY DUE TO LOSS OF THE BLUE SYSTEM QUANTITY AT CRUISE.   REPLACED LEAKING CHECK VALVE AT BLUE SYSTEM MANIFOLD. CHECK VALVE WAS LEAKING FROM THE O-RING AT THE BASE. (LP: 7451561)
