## Discrepancy

LOST SYSTEM A HYDRAULICS DURING CRUISE AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY.   FOUND LEAK AT A SYS HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TRANSMITTER ON PRESSURE MODULE. REPLACED PACKINGS. LEAK AND OPS CHECK GOOD.
