## Discrepancy

DECLARED EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO ONT DUE TO FLT CONTROL 'B' LOW PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  FOUND SYSTEM 'B' FLIGHT CONTROL SHUTOFF VALVE BYPASSING. REPLACED SAME. OPS CHECK GOOD.
