ATO  AT 60KTS DUE TO A RH FORWARD OVERWING EXIT OPEN MESSAGE. INDICATION DEFERRED PER MEL AND CONTINUED.   POST MEL MAINTENANCE FOUND THE EXIT FLAP HANDLE PROXIMITY SENSOR BRACKET HARDWARE LOOSE. SECURED AND READJUSTED HANDLE BRACKET. (LP 8065898)
