DIV/DE/FUMES- DIVERTED TO ATL DUE TO ACRID CHEMICAL SMELL IN CABIN ROW 19 AFT.   RAN ENGINE/APU BLEEDS, LEFT-RIGHT PACKS. INSPECTED LEFT-RIGHT EMERGENCY DOOR EXIT HEATER BLANKETS, PSUS, COFFEE MAKERS, OVENS, ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND IFE. NO TROUBLE FOUND. UNABLE TO REPRODUCE ODOR. REPLACED RECIRC FAN FILTERS. RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
