## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS ROW 5 THRU 17 ON AIRCRAFT RIGHT CYCLE ON AND OFF. FOUND CHARGER AT 11DEF POSITION FAULTY. REPLACED THE SAME IAW MM 33-51. OPS NORMAL.
