F/CTRL SLATS LOCKED ON APPROACH - WING TIP BRAKE ON. PREVIOUS HISTORY OF F/CTRL FAILURES. T/S IAW TSM 27-81-00-810-810-A. INSPECTED SLAT ACTUATORS ON LT & RT WING & FOUND TO BE OK. RESET WING TIP BRAKE IAW AMM 27-80. PERFORMED STEP 4.C. OF TSM 27-81-810-810-A. FOUND WHILE USING GREEN HYD SYSTEM IT TOOK 1 MIN 30 SEC SLOWER THAN USING BLUE HYD SYS. SLAT PCU HYD MOTOR FOR GREEN SYS REQUIRES REPLACEMENT IAW TSM. WIP 256923.  R & R SLAT PCU HYD MOTOR IAW AMM 27-81. NO HELP WIP 718912 PREVIOUS LEG REPORT FAULTS SFCC 1 & SFCC 2. NO CURRENT FAULTS NOTED. DUE TO HISTORY CHANGED BOTH SFCC 1 & SFCC 2 IAW AMM 27-51-34. PERFORMED CAT III LAND TEST IAW AMM 22-97. ALL OPS TESTS NORMAL. (LP: 8418960)
