DIVERTED TO BOS DUE TO BURNING RUBBER SMELL IN THE CABIN.   FOUND OIL IN LEFT ENGINE SPINNER. REPLACED FAN SHAFT COVER SEAL. PERFORMED LEVEL B DECONTAMINATION WITH SNIFFER. (LP 8388058)
