PERFORMED GO AROUND & DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DUE TO LEADING EDGE FLAP TRANSIT LIGHT AND TRAILING EDGE FLAPS WOULD NOT GO TO 30. RESET & LANDED, FLAPS 15.  PERFORMED FSEU BITE CHECK. NO FAULTS FOUND. PERFORMED LT & RT FLAP POSITION TRANSMITTER ADJUSTMENT IAW AMM. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
