## Discrepancy

MULTI EVENTS OF SMOKE/FUMES-ON ARRIVAL INTO AUA THROUGHOUT AC, ON DEPT AUA IN BACK OF AC, ON ARRIVAL BOS FRONT OF AC. ROWS 17-25 MOST PREDOMINANT. FA'S REPORT HARSH CHEMICAL SMELL, IRRITATION, HEADACHE. PILOTS DID NOT HAVE ANY CONTACT.   FOUND OIL INSIDE #2 ENG INLET CONE. REPLACED #2 ENG FAN SHAFT COVER SEAL PER A321 AMM 72-15. PERFORMED W/C'S 0550-2002 & 7100-2018-02 IN THEIR ENTIRETY. LEVEL B DECONTAMINTION PERFORMED PER A321 AMM 36-11-00-615-804-A01. ENG RAN WITH SNIFFER NO ODORS PRESENT. (LP 8220922)
