SMOKE AND ODOR IN CABIN,  NO PASSENGERS ABOARD, ONLY CREW AND MTC.  FOUND EXTERNAL LEAK AT TEE CLAMP BETWEEN GEARBOX AND INLET COMPRESSOR. OPENED PLENUM FOUND INLET CONTAMINATED WITH OIL.   CLEANED CONTAMINATION FROM INLET PLENUM, R & R COALESCER BAGS IAW AMM 21-54. (1441789)
