(LOG 1444087) HANDLE MISSNG AND HAS BEEN REMOVED WITH THE HOLES FILLED THERE IS NO FA EMERGENCY ASSIST HANDLE LOCATED FORWARD A/C LEFT OF DOOR 1L. THIS MAKES 1L AN UNUSABLE EXIT IN AN EMERGENCY BECAUSE THERE IS NO WHERE TO HOLD ON IN AN EMERGENCY EVACUATION. SWAPPED HANDLE FROM INSIDE RT LAV TO FWD GALLEY WALL LT OF FA SEATS PER B737 AMM 25-40. EMER EXIT SIGNS PRESENT AND OPS CHECK GOOD.
