DIV/IFSD/DE- FLIGHT CREW SHUT DOWN RIGHT ENGINE AND DIVERTED TO ELP DUE TO UNCOMMANDED OVERSPEED.   REMOVED AND REPLACED NUMBER 2 ENGINE IAW AMDS W/C 7100-4423. OPS TEST GOOD.
