DECLARED EMERGENCY DUE TO A CABIN DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE LOW MESSAGE FOLLOWED BY A CABIN PRESSURE SAFETY VALVE OPEN MESSAGE.   NO TROUBLE FOUND. ECS-19 REPORT GENERATED SHOWS THAT AIRCRAFT AND CABIN ALTITUDE WERE EQUAL AT MESSAGE OCCURRENCE. PASSENGER MASKS WERE NOT DEPLOYED. REPLACED CPC 2 AND FAC 1 PRECAUTIONARY. (LP 8287472)
