UPON GEAR RETRACTION NOSE GEAR REMAINED UNLOCKED AND DOORS OPEN,   STAYED BELOW 220 AND RECYCLED PER OCAM DIRECTION. ACHIEVED NORMAL GEAR INDICATION AFTER RECYCLE.  REPLACED PROXIMITY SENSOR 13GA IAW AMM 32-31. OPS CHKD GOOD. (LP 8130180)
