## Discrepancy

SHIP 8110 - ATB - RETURNED TO SLC AND DECLARED EMERGENCY DUE TO FUMES IN THE CABIN. MASKS WERE DEPLOYED IN THE CABIN. FLIGHT LANDED SAFELY ON THE GROUND. CORRECTIVE ACTION: R/R AFT GALLEY FAN, HEATER AND SENSOR. REPLACED ALL THE ACTIVATED OXYGEN GENERATORS. CLEANED AND REPACKED ALL THE DEPLOYED OXYGEN MASKS.
