## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF COCKPIT HAD DIRTY SOCK SMELL BUT MASKED BY TYPE I FLUID THAT HAD JUST BEEN APPLIED. NO SMELL ANYWHERE ELSE. SMELL RETURNED WITH THRUST REVERSE APPLICATION. DISSIAPATED WITH APU USE. INSPECTED BOTH ENG INLETS , PACK INLETS AND APU INLETS NO EVIDENCE OF FOD NOTED. FOUND OIL INSIDE NR 1 ENG SPINNER. C/W WC 0550-2001 DURING RT ENG ISOLATION IMMEDIATELY FOUND STRONG ODOR. NO ODOR WITH LT ENG OR APU ISOLATED. C/W WC 0550-6001 FWD RT ENGINE BLEED TO MEL 36-12-00A AND PLACARD, M/P C/W . NEXT WC 0550-2003 C/W. NO ODOR DETECTED. A/C OK FOR SVC. REF LOG 1337408 FOR R/R OF #2 ENG. "M" PROC REVERSED. MEL AND PLACARD REMOVED. (LP# 8002580)
