DUE TO F/CTL SLATS FAULT ECAM WARNING, WOULD NOT EXTEND.   FOUND RIGHT WING SLAT #4 OUTBOARD ACTUATOR TORQUE LIMITER TRIPPED. REPLACED RIGHT SLAT TYPE B ACTUATOR #6, 6089CM. (LP 6476092 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
