FUMES - DESCENDING AT FL140 UNTIL LANDING, CREW REPORTED DIRTY SOCK ODOR. DECLARED EMERGENCY AND DONNED OXYGEN MASKS. APU WAS ON MEL FROM PRIOR EVENT IN YYZ.   FOUND APU COOLING FAN AND FCU LEAKING OIL. REPLACED COOLING FAN AND FCU. INLET DOOR CONTAMINATED WITH OIL AND DIFFUSER DELAMINATED. REPLACED INLET DOOR ASSY, CLEANED APU COMPARTMENT. APU LEAK CHECKS OK. LEVEL C ECS DECONTAMINATION IN WORK. MTC IN PROGRESS. (LP: 8423668) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED
