L/G DOORS NOT CLOSED AFTER TAKEOFF FOLLOWED ECAM PROCEDURE.  INSPECTED NLG AND FOUND UPLOCK ROLLER AND LOCKSTAY ASSY LOOSE AND OF OUT RIG. PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT OF NLG UPLOCK ROLLER AS PER A319 AMM 32-21. GEAR CYCLED SEVERAL TIMES W/ GOOD UP LOCK INDICATION AND NLG DOOR CLOSURE. ALL CHKS GOOD. OK FOR SVC. (LP: 8617289) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED
