DURING SVC CHECK FOUND DOOR 4R EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT DOES NOT ILLUMINATE.   FOUND ONE BAD FUSE ON PWR SUPPLY. REPLACED FUSE PER B757 AMM 20-60. OPS CHK GOOD PER B757 AMM 33- 51. (8512529) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED
