## Discrepancy

DIRTY SOCK SMELL IN COCKPIT POSSIBLE PREVIOUS FUME SMELL SITLL EXISTS, OCCURRED ON DESCENT THROUGH ~16K' MSL AND THROUGH LANDING.  FOUND OIL IN CONE. REMOVED FAN SHAFT COVER FOR INSP. REF. A321 AMM 72-11. FOUND GOUGES IN SHAFT COVER O-RING GROOVE. REPLACED ENG 1 FAN SHAFT COVER IAW A321 AMM 72-15. (LP 8600523 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
