DECLARED EMERGENCY DUE TO HYD PUMP 2B FAIL.   REPLACED HYD PUMP 2B, RT EDP AND RUDDER PCU. R & R CASE DRAIN FILTER, PRESSURE FILTER ELEMENT, HYDRAULIC LINE AND O-RING. REPLACED PRESSURE COIL LINE OF THE MIDDLE PCU. OPS CHECK OKAY. (LP# 8717840; AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
