LEVEL 2 CORROSION ON WEB FRAME 16, STR 23R.   REPLACED THE WEB IAW SRM 51-42-11,  SRM 51-72-11, DWG D53918884 & DWG D53114392.  CORROSION:  L= 0.833INCH W=0.520 INCH. ACFT WAS GROUNDED.
