SHIP 3948 -FUME/DE- DECLARED EMERGENCY DUE TO SMOKE/ODOR IN FLIGHT DECK DURING CLIMB. CORRECTIVE ACTION: INSPECTED ENGINES, PACKS AND EQUIPMENT BAYS WITH NO FINDINGS. REPLACED RECIRCULATION FILTERS AND PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD. (LOG 8322336 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED).
