## Discrepancy

AIR TURN BACK DUE TO LEFT ENGINE VIBRATIONS WITH AN ASSOCIATED ODOR REPORTED BY THE FLIGHT CREW.   MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT ENGINE DUE TO INLET DAMAGE IAW T/C 7100-004423LH ON LOG PAGE 1578973. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. (LOG 7984276 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED).
