## Discrepancy

R2L KNUCKLE BUSTER DOES NOT POP OUT WHEN DOOR IS CLOSED.   FOUND PLACARD ON TOP OF KNUCKLE BUSTER PEELING UP, WHICH MADE CONTACT WITH DOOR LINING PREVENTING IT FROM EXTENDING. REPLACED PLACARD PER AMM 11-30. (8331154) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED
