R1 DOOR WOULD NOT ARM FOR DEPARTURE. ARMING LEVER WOULD NOT MOVE . CHECKED DOOR TRACK & RECYCLED DOOR. STILL WOULD NOT ARM.  REPLACED DOOR HANDLE PAWL REF AMM 52-11. VERIFIED DOOR ARMS /DISARMS NORMALLY. OK FOR SERVICE. (8661364) (AIRCRAFT GROUNDED).
