DURING M2 AND WHILE PERFORMING AAI INSPECTIONS EXISTING REPAIR, INSTALLED PER 547923-14 REV B WAS FOUND INSTALLED ON EXTERNAL FUSELAGE SKIN AT FR24 BETWEEN STGR20LH AND STGR23LH WITH FASTENERS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY ON CHEM-MILLED POCKET.  *DTE* PER SECTION DTE OF 547923-14 REV C, THE REPAIR OF SECTION I IS LIMITED TO 57,600 FC FROM SECTION I (12JUL16), OR 90,334 FC TOTAL FROM A/C FIRST FLIGHT. ADDITIONAL ENG'G AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED FOR SERVICE BEYOND THIS LIMIT. ASSOCIATED ER/A 32-547923 ADDED FOR AC 3236. (LP: 1614798, AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
