ON APPRAOCH IDG 1 REACHED 147 AND WAS FLASHING GREEN. TEMPERATURE COOLED BACK DOWN GRADUALLY AND WAS BACK TO NORMAL TEMP AFTER LANDING.  T/S PER TSM 24-20. FOUND IDG 1 OVER SERVICED, PROPERLY SERVICED IDG 1 IAW A319 AMM 12-13 RAN ENGINE & PERFORMED OP CK, FOUND IDG TEMP READING 108. A/C OK FOR SVC. (LP: 8542699, AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
