DURING CURRENT HEAVY CHECK PERFORMED ON AEM SAL, AN EXISTING REPAIR WAS FOUND ON THE BUTT JOINT LOCATED AT FR24 BETWEEN STGR23LH AND STGR24LH ON THE SKINS PN D53112242202 AND PN D53231369200. THE REPAIR WAS EVALUATED AGAINST THE SRM 53-00-11 TABLE 203. SRM 53-11-11 TABLE 202 AND SRM 53-21- 11 TABLE 202 WITHOUT SUCCESS. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS ON FWD FUSELAGE -EXTERNAL DOUBLER ON BUTT JOINT AREA-AT FR24, BTWN STR20LH - STR23LH AS PER ER/A 547923-14 REV. CSECTION III HAS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
