DIVERTED TO MEM DUE TO ELEVATOR VIBRATION IN FLIGHT.   REPLACED LT ELEVATOR PCU AND RT UPPER HORIZONTAL STABILIZER BLADE SEAL. OPS AND FREEPLAY TESTS GOOD. (LOG 8599376 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED).
