ON SERVICE CHECK FOUND SEAT ROWS 18,19,20,21, AND 22 EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE.   FOUND ROW 18 WHITE EMERCENCY SEAT LIGHT BROKEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSY IAW B757 AMM 33-51. (LP 8483283 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
