STRONG ELECTRICAL SMELL IN THE AFT GALLEY ON DEPARTURE. ACCOMPLISHED QRH AND ISOLATED IT TO OVENS. AFT GALLEY C/B'S PULLED FOR OVENS.   REPLACED OVEN #3. INSPECTED OVEN SLOT. CLEANED ADJACENT OVENS. RAN 20 MIN HOT CYCLE. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. (LP 9078882 - AIRCRAFT GROUNDED)
