EQUIPMENT COOLING OVERHEAT CAUTION MESSAGE ASSOCIATED WITH FWD EQ SUP FAN 1 STATUS MESSAGE ASSOCIATED WITH STRONG ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL IN FLIGHT DECK.  REPLACED FORWARD RACK SUPPLY FAN VIBRATION MONITOR, NO HELP, DEFERRED IAW MEL 21-58-03. LATER, VERIFIED FWD RACK SUPPLY FAN AND VIBE MONITOR IS INSTALLED CORRECTLY IAW AMM 21-28.
