WHILE WORKING SLIDE CHANGE AT FWD L/H DOOR NEW SLIDE WAS FOUND TO BE UNSERVICEABLE.  REMOVED AND REINSTALLED ORIGINAL SLIDE PER AMDS TASK CARD 2561- 4003-LF. RII COMPLETE. (LP: 8851540, AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED).
