RIGHT WING SLIDE EICAS AND EMER DOORS OVHD LIGHT INTERMITTENT.  BEGAN AT CRUISE FL 320, 2 HRS INTO FLIGHT LASTING FOR REMAINING FLIGHT TIME.  REPLACED PROXIMITY SENSOR S219 IAW AMM 52-71. OPS CHKD NORMAL. (LP 8268419 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
