CHANNELS 2EAS ON L4 LOWER SILL UPPER SURFACE BS 1640 TO 1681 WERE REPLACED IAW SRM 51-40-02-0G PAR 7.D. (LP 1697973 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED).
