## Discrepancy

IFE SMOKE LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH FAN LIGHT. IFE COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING. PAX AROUND EMERG WING EXITS COMPLAINED OF SMOKE ODOR.  THIS WAS DURING ENGINE STARTS.  AROUND OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT SEAT ROWS, INSPECTED PSUS WITH NO FINDINGS AND IFE SCREENS WITH NO FINDINGS WITH SYSTEM RUNNING. ALL PED POWER IS GOOD. FOUND 15C PED PWR FACE PLATE DAMAGED REF LOG 9588400 FOR MTC. REPLACED THE MEDIA LOADER PER FAM AMM 23-34. CKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT OK FOR SVC. (LP: 8018196, AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
