DIVERTED TO DTW DUE TO A RT WING BLEED LEAK MESSAGE. CLASS 2 AIR BLEED WAS ALREADY ON MEL FOR A RT WING LOOP A FAILURE.  REPLACED LEAKING ANTI-ICE TAPPING DUCT SEALS IN THE RT WING. (LP 9572916 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
