EMERGENCY LIGHT 29 DEF OVERHEAD BIN AND SIGN AT OVERWING EXIT 2R OUT.  FOUND LIGHT SOCKET SHORTED REPLACED SAME AS WELL AS F2 IN M11384. OPS CK GOOD REF AMM 33-51. (LP 8460510 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
