SHIP 3519 -MISC/DE- DUE TO LEFT LANDING GEAR DOOR DID NOT CLOSE AFTER GEAR EXTENSION.   FOUND UPLOCK TORSION BAR DAMAGED. REPLACED SHEARED TORSION BAR AND INSTALLED SERVICEABLE UPLOCK FITTING. (L/P# 8393242, 8393243; AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
