## Discrepancy

AFTER LANDING, CREW WAS INFORMED THAT A PIECE OF RT TRAILING EDGE FLAP DEPARTED THE ACFT ON ROTATION, VISUAL INSPECTION AFTER PARKING CONFIRMED PART OF FLAP WAS MISSING. FLAP 25 TAKEOFF.  R & R OTBD FLAP ASSY IAW AMM 27-51. (8592099) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
