DURING SERVICE CHECK,  FOUND EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS ON ROW 22-26 INOPERATIVE.   REMOVED AND REPLACED ROW 22-26 EMERGENCY ESCAPE LIGHTS BATTERY PACK AND POWER PACK IAW AMM 33-51,. OPS CHKD GOOD. (9113555) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED
