WITH THE PARKING BRAKE SET, THE JETWAY HIT THE AIRCRAFT.  PERFORMED INSP IAW AMM 05-51-27-200-001-A FOUND INLET COWL DAMAGED. NO ADDITIONAL DAMAGE NOTED. W.I.P.  R & R ENG #1 AIR INTAKE COWL PER  AMM 71-11. NO LEAKS. OK FOR SERVICE. (LP: 7916802, AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED)
