## Discrepancy

FRAME 40 LOWER SHELL PANEL JUNCTION, RT SIDE.  FOUND A CRACK IN THE H378 FASTENER HOLE, THE LENGTH OF CRACK IS ABOUT 15MM.  REPAIRED IAW ERA 636140-14AD, REV ORIGINAL. (1779678) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
